At The Village Company, we want you to love your beauty and self-care products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
